Every qualifying repair at Master Auto Care is backed by our 24-month / 24,000-mile nationwide warranty through Pronto.

That means if something we repaired fails while you’re traveling, you’re not stranded. You’re covered at authorized Pronto service centers throughout the United States and Canada — not just our shop.

We stand behind our work. So you can count on us wherever you travel.

What’s Covered

• Parts and labor on qualifying repairs performed by Master Auto Care
• Coverage for 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first
• Warranty service at authorized Pronto shops across the US and Canada

What’s Not Covered

• Damage from accidents, collisions, or impacts
• Damage from off-roading, racing, or misuse
• Repairs performed by non-Pronto shops on work we originally completed
• Normal wear items (brake pads, wipers, bulbs, etc.) unless defective

How Warranty Service Works

If you’re local: Bring your vehicle back to Master Auto Care. We’ll diagnose the issue and, if it’s covered under warranty, repair it at no charge.

If you’re traveling: Call 877-252-4609 to locate an authorized Pronto service center near you. They can perform the warranty repair, and it’s covered. No hassle, no waiting to get home.

Parts Availability

In rare cases, warranty replacement parts may be on backorder. If this happens, we’ll communicate clearly about timing and work to get you back on the road as quickly as possible.
